Modality: Hybrid; students complete coursework online and complete 500 hours of clinical experiences in healthcare settings, supervised by an experienced preceptor.
My role on the project: As the interim Educational Product Design Manager, I oversaw design work on program curriculum, courses, assessments, technology tools, and learning design strategies to ensure alignment with quality and licensure standards.
Impact: WGU’s Pre-Licensure nursing program provides an affordable pathway to nursing for thousands of enrolled students nationwide.
